If you have been experiencing congestion, runny nose, facial pain and pressure, and loss of smell, you may be experiencing chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS).  This is an inflammation of the nasal cavity and sinuses, which can be accompanied by soft, painless, noncancerous growths on the lining of your nasal passages called polyps.  Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polys (CRSwNP) accounts for more than 20 percent of all chronic rhinosinusitis CRS cases and treatment options are limited.

The ECLIPSE study is testing the effectiveness of an investigation medication to reduce the symptoms and discomfort caused by chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS)

The study medication will be given by subcutaneous injection just under the skin in the upper arm.

To be eligible for this study, you must:

  • Be 18 to 70 years of age
  • Have nasal polyps in both nostrils
  • Have at least 2 of the following symptoms:
    • Nasal blockage/obstruction
    • Nasal congestion
    • Nasal discharge (anterior/posterior nasal drip)
    • Facial pain/pressure
    • Reduction or loss of smell

This is not a complete list of eligibility criteria. Your doctor will review your eligibility with you.

All study-related visits, tests and procedures will be provided at no cost to you. You will be compensated for your time and travel.
