COVID-19 Information and TeleHealth Services

With Otolaryngology (ENT) services officially identified as "essential services" and part of the nation's "critical infrastructure" by state and federal officials, ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida’s Care Centers remain open to ensure patients can continue their care uninterrupted. The health and safety of all our patients, employees and the communities in which we operate is our top priority.  In addition, ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida has expanded its Telehealth offering to meet the evolving needs of patients and communities affected by COVID-19. While continuing to offer in-clinic appointments, we are also offering new and existing patients – who prefer to remain at home– the ability to connect with your providers through a secure live internet video feed, in the comfort of their homes, through smartphones, tablets or home computers.
 
In addition to providing expanded telehealth services, to ensure the safety of patients and employees, ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida has taken several measures including additional screening procedures, enhanced cleaning practices and appropriate distancing of patients during visits.
 
Patients can schedule a telehealth appointment by calling their ENT clinic. When the virtual appointment takes place, a clinician from the patient's ENT office will connect with the patient through the preferred conferencing platform.
